This policy applies to the Tiny Player iOS app.

We do not collect or store any personal information through the app. All content submitted to the app is kept on the device and not uploaded to our servers or any 3rd party.

When the Upload function is enabled, Tiny Player publishes the following information to the tinyplayer.net website:

• Local IP address and port number of device on local WiFi network
• Public IP address

with the purpose of helping users find their own local devices using a desktop browser. The information is persisted for up to one hour and then deleted.

By using Tiny Player and providing your information, you authorize us to collect, use, and store your information outside of the European Union.
